Safety

The machine is protected all around by a safety fence to prevent access to the danger zone, while entrances to the interior are protected by interlocking guards with locking devices. Access, according to a special procedure, is only possible after the robot and scanning head have been immobilised. In addition, there is a light barrier between the pallet docking station and the robot’s work zone to prevent unexpected entry into this area. Moreover, the machine is equipped with 4 easily accessible emergency stop buttons.  Pressing one of the buttons causes an emergency stop of the machine.
